Boe Boes Nest Trail
Situated on the edge of the Elands River
gorge near Koster, this trail is really
worth visiting even if hiking is not your
main interest. The Elands River flows
strongly even during the driest times of the
year and there is plenty of opportunity for
swimming in the rock pools that are to be

Eagle Cove Trail
Situated in the Magaliesberg mountains
not far from Rustenburg, this trail caters
for day visitors as well as those wishing to
spend the night and walk the full trail. The
trail offers a surprisingly large variety of
terrain to walk through and the flora is

Kroemahoek Trail
This trail is situated close to small
bushveld Platinum mining town of Northam,
not far from Thabazimbi. The trail consists
of two circular 1-day routes from a central

Rhenosterpoort Trail
This beautiful trail can be found in the
Waterberg mountains, north of Warmbaths. The
trail lies close to the village of Alma at
the foot of the Jan Trichards Pass. Few
